「美國綏和華裔，德智校友聯誼會」首屆理監事就職典禮暨春節聯歡晚會，將於二月十六日（星期六 ）晚上六時假座Almansor 中心宴會廳舉行聯歡晚宴。
 
是晚正式推舉出第一屆理事會就職典禮，韓雪香校友榮任首屆會長。美國各地德智校友專程赴南 加州洛杉磯參加就職典禮，各界嘉賓好友與理事會成員逾420人歡聚一堂，共賀該會盛事，一同 祝願校友會的未來發展蒸蒸日上，屆時大家可以盡敘鄉誼，鄉情濃郁，氣氛歡快熱烈。
 
綏和山明水秀，綏和人正直熱情，七五年越南赤變後，綏和鄉親遍及世界各地，經歷刻苦耐勞，風 風雨雨，大家早已融入當地社會，落地生根，安居樂業。綏和華裔會早在美國南加州成立，多次舉 辦聯歡晚會，贈送綏和華裔下一代獎學金及其他活動。德智聯誼會近幾年才成立，主辦過多次盛 大聯歡會，參加啟明藍球賽，北加州鳴遠及海南會館乒兵球友誼賽活動，其中成員多是德智校友， 為了整合兩會為一，經過多次會議及得到綏和鄉親及校友的支持，「美國綏和華裔，德智聯誼會」 終於成立了，這足以引證大家是同心協力的。
 
該會的成立有利於加強綏和華人的大團結和融合，深具意義。希望該會不斷增強凝聚力和影響力 ，充分發揚互助友愛精神，同時致力促進校友的交流合作，積極參與社會服務，等多方面的合作和 發展，組織豐富多彩的活動，讓該會成為旅美綏和鄉親的溫暖之家。
 
多年來德智校友立足各行各業，成績斐然，對社會付出貢獻，為校爭光。韓雪香校友今任美國綏和 華裔，德智校友聯誼會首屆會長，可喜可賀，祝韓雪香校友馬到成功，造褔桑梓。
 
前面是更困難更艱苦的挑戰，相信韓雪香會長的領導能力，實行承諾，盡心盡力，不辭辛勞去迎接 新任務，新的挑戰。蒙各位綏和鄉親及德智校友的支持和幫助，開始一個嶄新的歷史階段，是一個 大團結的新起點和新的里程碑。
 
我們衷心祝賀德智校友會會務順利發展，今後團結一致，不斷壯大，繼續努力創佳績。

The members of DucTri TuyHoa Class of 1969 would like to extend a warm welcome to your team and you as our TuyHoa association and DucTri alumni organization's new president. We are very inspired and impressed to hear many glowing reports of your work for our community in the recent years. Congratulations on your appointment as the first female president of our Ductri TuyHoa organization.

We are confident that your influence will continue to encourage our proud tradition of involvement in the DucTri alumni and TuyHoa association. Best wishes as you take our beloved Ductri TuyHoa organization to the next level and beyond and may you experience continued success as you are inaugurated.

Hello All Friends and Families of Duc- Tri and Tuy-Hoa Community,
 
We are delighted to inform you that with the sincere request of the senior members of the community, effective August 01, 2012, Tuy-Hoa Association and Duc- Tri Alumni has been officially merged to become Duc-Tri – Tuy-Hoa Association.
 
Even though our Tuy-Hoa Association has been around in California for more than 35 years, it has been relatively inactive in the recent years due to the aging of our senior leaders. The Duc Tri Alumni, formed in 2010, was a strong vibrant group of younger generations of the alumni of the one and only elementary Chinese school in Tuy-Hoa. The Alumni was able to deliver the overwhelmingly successful events in the past years that brought together many old friends from different parts of the United States and a few from other countries.
 
With this significant union of the two organizations, we will be united and become an even stronger community. Therefore, to celebrate this extremely remarkable transition, our newly formed joint organization is pleased to host this coming Chinese New Year party at Almansor Court in Alhambra on Saturday, February 16, 2012. We sincerely urge and encourage all friends and families in our community to attend this first meaningful event in revealing strongly our pride and great spirit of our Tuy-Hoa's community.
 United We Stand, Divided We Fall.
 
This year festivities will include a brief but formal transition ceremony followed by a fantastic program performed by our talented friends and families. It will also include exciting raffle with many prizes and ballroom dancing. We were able to secure the facility from 6:00PM until 1:00AM. This will ensure that we'll have plenty of time to mingle with one another, enjoy the program, win some prizes and dance our night away.
 
The ticket cost is $50 each. We sincerely thank our generous donors below for donating to our starter organization. We hope to raise sufficient funds this year that will enable us to organize more community activities including but not limit to scholarship, donation to some charity functions, and lower the ticket price or provide richer program for our future events. Therefore, additional donations of any amount will be greatly appreciated. However, with donation of $200 to $499, donor will receive two free tickets; with donation of $500 or more, donor will receive two VIP tickets with prefer seating.

Anh chị và gia đình vẫn khỏe. Anh và chị Đẹp rất thông cảm về vấn đề tổ chức những ngày đại hội như vậy thì quả nhiên rất là bận rộn, hơn nữa Hương là trưởng ban tổ chức thì càng bận hơn.

Nhưng Không sao , có Ken, Ý và Dzùn đã tiếp đón, đưa anh chị đi đây đó trong 3 ngày thăm chơi và tham dự Đại-hội và Lễ ra mắt Tân-Ban-Chấp-Hành Hội-Ái-Hữu cựu học sinh Đức-Trí và Hội đồng hương người Hoa Tuy-Hòa. Anh chị rất vui và thật cảm động khi gặp lại rất nhiều đồng hương Hoa-kiều, bằng hữu, nguyên quán Tuy-Hòa và cũng rất đông cựu học sinh thân thương của ngôi trường Đức-Trí mến yêu và đầy kỷ niệm. Cũng chính nơi này, cách đây gần 55 năm, chính bản thân anh cũng đã ngồi dưới mái trường thân thương này khi còn là một cậu bé nhà quê vừa mới lên 8 đã phải rời khỏi cha mẹ, anh em ruột thịt của mình lên tỉnh đi học Hoa ngữ. Rồi thời gian trôi nhanh không chờ đợi bất cứ ai, đến giữa năm 1970 anh lại được hân hạnh trở về lại ngôi trường này để làm một giáo viên Hoa ngữ dạy lại một số cựu học sinh yêu mến đến giữa năm 1977. Đến giữa năm 1979 lại tạm biệt Đức-Trí, tạm biệt Tuy-Hòa…  Mãi đến gần 34 năm xa cách, nhân ngày Đại Hội Hội Ái Hữu Đức-Trí Tuy-Hòa vừa qua, anh chị đã được gặp lại hầu hết đồng hương và bằng hữu Hoa-kiều Tuy-Hòa và riêng anh rất mãn nguyện được gặp lại hầu hết các học trò cũ thời tiểu học yêu thương mà giờ đây họ đã trưởng thành, đã có mái ấm gia đình và hầu hết rất thành công trong mọi lãnh vực nơi quê hương thứ ba này. Rất cám ơn Hương và toàn ban tổ chức đã dày công thành lập Hội Ái Hữu Đức-Trí Tuy-Hòa đồng thời đã tổ chức Đêm Hội Ngộ chung cho Hội Hoa-kiều và Hội Đức-Trí Tuy-Hòa  vừa qua rất thành công và thành công mỹ mãn …   "Thành thật chúc mừng".

Dear Class of 1969,

It is verily nice of your class to  congratulate and welcome our team as a new committee of Duc Tri Tuy Hoa organization. Being as a president of an organization, with the  blessings and love of friends like you, I will do my best to carry out responsibilities to develop our community.
